Shipping and Sales Tax
Free shipping is standard for orders over $100.00. For all other orders, the shipping charge will be $8.00. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from the manufacturer's warehouse within two to three business days. We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Kentucky, US.
When should I expect delivery?
We work with several manufacturers. Products leave the warehouse anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. During heavy shopping seasons it may take a few days longer. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground, UPS Worldwide and FedEx Ground shipping times apply, which depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS and FedEx at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for internationl shipments.
What about overnight delivery?
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place. What if I want to return something?
Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Simply email us at hrsn4fun@bellsouth.net. |
