Return Policy

• Items purchased in our store or through our web site can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging. 
• Items marked as Clearance or Closeout (typically 40% off or more) are not returnable for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless specifically noted.
• Items that you buy on our web site that total more than $100.00 receive Free Shipping in the Continental US. If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for shipping back the item and paying $7.95 to send an exchange. If you want a full refund, you will be reimbursed less the $7.95 shipping fee. 
• All custom orders, including customized helmet covers, saddle pads, nameplates, and special items ordered specifically for you are not returnable for refund, exchange or store credit. All custom orders must be prepaid.
• Items purchased through Ebay must follow the return policy listed on the item's page - please refer to your item's return policy for complete details.
  
  
  

Saddle Return Policy:

Saddles purchased through our store or web site can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The saddle must be in new condition with original tags and packaging. If exchanging a saddle, you will be responsible for shipping the saddle back and paying $25.00 for us to send you a new saddle. If you want to return your saddle for a refund, you will be refunded the purchase amount less 10% for restocking fees.
