Shipping Information
Shipping Location Information:
Our web site is currently set up to ship to customers located in the U.S. ,Canada, and Australia only. We can ship to other countries - please email us at john@hitchingposttack.com for a shipping quote.
Shipping Fee Information:
All Continental United States orders that are $100 or more receive FREE SHIPPING. All Continental United States orders that are under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. All returns that request a refund will be reimbursed less $7.95 for shipping. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
All orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $14.95.
All orders shipped to Canada will be charged a minimum of $20.00 US dollars for shipping (this is the amount it cost to ship a 2 pound item via USPS Priority). If your item weighs more than 2 pounds, your shipping cost will increase. For an exact shipping fee, please contact us for a quote before placing your order. Please note that shipping a saddle to Canada cost $65.00 US dollars.
All saddles shipping to Australia will be charged $180.00 US dollars. If you want to order something other than a saddle, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Shipping Method Information:
If we are shipping within the Continental United States and the shipment weighs less than 2 pounds, we ship USPS Priority Mail. If the shipment weighs more than 2 pounds, we ship UPS Ground.
If we are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we ship USPS Priority regardless of weight.
All other orders are shipped USPS Priority International, including Canada & Australia.
