Return/Exchange Policy

 

Physical Store and Web Site/Phone Order Return/Exchange Policy :

 

  • Items purchased in our store or through our web site can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit EXCEPT for saddles and clearance items which must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Saddles that are returned for a refund will be charged a $50.00 restocking fee if the saddle was shipped to you for free.
  • Consignment saddles that have been purchased are not returnable.
  • Refunds will be given in the same form of currency used for the purchase. If purchase was made by personal check, we will mail a refund after 14 days of the original purchase.
  • All custom orders, including customized helmet covers, saddle pads, nameplates, and special items ordered specifically for you are not returnable for refund, exchange or store credit. All custom orders must be prepaid.
  • For items that were shipped, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we shipped an item to you in error. If you need to make an exchange, we will ship the exchange to you for free unless the item is a saddle. A saddle exchange shipping fee is a flat rate of $50.00.
  • If you need to make a return or exchange, simply fill out the web site/phone order return/exchange form that was included in the original shipment.
